INT. coven under the bar, Late Night

Talee is led into a hallway. Ahead is a brightly lit tunnel.

A servant uses a key to unlock a panel in the wall. The lights in the tunnel are turned off.

Talee is marched through the tunnel by a couple of the servants. they walk in almost complete darkness, save for the light of the outline of door at the end of the tunnel.

The servants open the door, push her out and close the door behind her.

INT. Bar (Oak & Spice) cellar

She is in a wine cellar. the door she came through is made to appear like part of a wall.

She can hear FAINT SOUNDS OF PEOPLE AND MUSIC coming from above.

She leaves the room and follows the noise up the stairs. She then goes through a door into a wine bar.

INT. Oak & Spice Bar

The bar is a dimly-lit, cozy and comfortable looking uppermarket style winebar

Talee walks across the room. There is a large mirror at the other end. What she first notices is the dress she is wearing in the mirror and then realizes it is her reflection. She looks herself over, as if for the first time. She likes the transformation but quickly notices the dried blood. She licks the dried blood off her wrist and then uses her wet wrist to wipe the dried blood off her neck. She looks herself over once again, licking her lips to make sure there is no trace of anything.

A man has been watching her. Talee meets his gaze in the mirror and then turns round to view him in the flesh.

He’s just an ordinary looking guy and is surprised by the attention.

Talee notices his heart-rate increasing and the slightly heightened colour of skin as the blood rushes to the surface.

Although she is satiated, she still feels the bloodlust and her tongue instinctively rises to her molars.

The guy naturally reads her hunger as simple lust and swallows nervously.

Talee looks down and smiles, surprised it’s so easy.

She quickly spies the exit and walks out onto the street.

EXT. Street outside the Oak & Spice

Talee walks up and down the street looking for a safe place to stay.

She stops, looks up at the sky and down the street again, desperately trying to figure out where she can go.

She notices a guy standing outside the winebar, smoking a cigarette. He’s idly looking through things on his phone. Talee stares at his phone a moment and then walks over to him.

Talee

Could I borrow you phone? Just for a sec. Mine’s dead. I just need to check something.

The guy looks at her a bit uncertain but then hands it to her.

Guy

Sure.

Talee

You’re a life saver.

She smiles at him brightly before focusing on the task at hand. She opens up a browser and types DERELICT COUNCIL HOUSING LONDON.

EXT. Different street, LATE NIGHT

Talee is bargaining with some teenage girls.

She swaps her designer jacket for one of the teenagers high-street jackets and her expensive heels for a pair of Doc Martin boots.

The girls are delighted with themselves.

Talee plays with her hair as she walks away from them, making it look more messy, less perfectly set.

EXT. BUS, LATE NIGHT

Talee is sitting in the bus, her head lent against the window staring out. She looks like a typical sullen teenager, albeit a very pretty one. There are very few people on the bus.

EXT. Bus Stop outside council housing estate, NEarly dawn

Talee gets off the bus.

She doesn’t look around her. She follows a couple of people who are going into the estate.

She carefully, not obviously, looks around at all the flats. She spots a boarded up one on the 2nd floor.

She heads into the stairwell.

She reappears on the balcony of the 2nd floor.

She stops at one of the boarded up flats and looks around to see if anyone’s looking.

She bends back some of the boarding, kicks in the door and goes in.

The door is forced shut from inside.
