This uses courgette slices instead of pasta sheets, and the yoghurt and egg topping from the Mushroom Moussaka rather than Béchamel sauce and cheese. It doesn’t taste like a lasagne but it does taste really good. And no you do not actually have to bake

Me going on, quite briefly really, about a cheap winter holiday to Cyprus – which I’d recommend. And also complaining about not being let through check-in. Had the same issue again this year at Dublin airport. Different airline. I know it’s important to get there
