I make these all the time. They’re made with just fruit, nuts and coconut oil so they’re a healthy treat but they are also sweet and have a lovely flavour. So that explains why I make them all the time – even when I’m not being healthy.
These scones are made with wholemeal flour, sun-dried tomatoes and black olives. So they’re full of good fat and fibre. Also full of gluten. I’m sorry to say there is no gluten-free alternative I can offer for these. But if wheat’s your friend – enjoy!
