Cherry Red Roses Mocktail

Cherry Red Roses Mocktail

You can make a light alcoholic cocktail version of this. Just replace the sparkling water with sparkling wine. The cocktail is half cranberry juice so it is very light on alcohol. This mocktail version is just as lovely.

Obviously you must be a fan of rosewater to enjoy this. But I guess if you’re not you could leave out the rosewater. In case you didn’t know frozen red fruit and cranberry juice work really well together. But the rosewater give this a real ’drinks-for-the-occasion” taste. At least I think so.

The frozen cherries I use for this are just whatever frozen cherries I find in the local supermarket. I’ve used sweet red ones, sweet dark ones and ones that were labelled sour cherries (but they tasted sweet to me).

I love this mocktail. Hope you do too.
