An old twimii recipe that I’ve changed a little, it’s a firm favourite of mine and another convenience-health-food recipe.
Dairy-free and gluten-free made with ground almonds, eggs, olive oil, coffee, cocoa, vanilla and lots of sugar.
This is a dairy-rich vegetarian pie. The topping is creamy mashed potato topped with grated cheese that turns into lovely golden brown bubbling patches as it bakes.
